Everyday Rescue Foundation, Inc. operates this website.

What we collect

Volunteer forms collect your name, email, phone, confirmation that you are 18 or older, availability, interests, and skills.

Contact, partnership, and event-update messages collect the name, email, phone, and message you submit.

If you join the update list, we store a first name and email address.

Online giving is not open, so this site is not collecting payment details. If giving opens, card numbers will be entered on the payment provider’s page. This site would store the amount, designation, status, a reference, and the contact details needed to record the gift. It would not store card numbers.

The site records first-party counts of actions such as direction clicks and form submissions. It does not sell personal information, and it does not publish a donor list.

Why

To answer you, coordinate volunteers and events, and see which public pages are used.

Who else handles information

Email delivery is not connected. Messages are stored on this website so they can be read by the organization. They are not sent to a separate email service right now.

A payment provider is not in use on this site today.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept so we can follow up. A fixed deletion date has not been set. Financial records, when they exist, are kept as required.

Update-list messages include an unsubscribe link when email delivery is on. For any other question about your information, use the contact form.
